What is the NOIM?
The NOIM is essential for getting married in Australia. It must be lodged with your celebrant a minimum of one month prior to your wedding and is valid for up to 18 months from the lodgement date.

Who’s eligible?
An Australian Celebrant can only witness signatures for people residing in Australia. People residing overseas need to get their NOIM witnessed by the parties identified under the Act.
Note: Real Consent
A Celebrant must still meet each party separately in person before their marriage to ascertain their consent.
Lodgement Fee
A non-refundable lodgement fee is transferred to me when lodging the NOIM to secure your wedding date.
